Mason Klein represents whistleblowers and employees in False Claims Act, Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Act, and Illinois Whistleblower Act actions, as well as in discrimination, retaliation, and other employment actions. During law school, Mason interned with the Chicago Legal Clinic and represented homeowners in foreclosure proceedings. He is currently a member of the National Lawyers’ Guild and Taxpayers Against Fraud.

Mason earned his B.A. in the History of Art and Architecture from Miami University in Ohio and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.  At DePaul, Mason was the Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Journal for Social Justice and a recipient of the Public Interest Law Association’s Cudahy Scholarship.

Mason is a member of the Chicago Legal Clinic’s Auxiliary Board, which work to raise awareness for and support the Legal Clinic’s mission of helping the underserved and disadvantaged in the Chicago area.  He is also a member of the National Lawyers’ Guild and the Illinois State Bar Association, and enjoys making ceramics in his free time.
